Surrender here,

For much of my life, I searched for Peace everywhere but within myself.

I hid from strong emotions, chasing after quick momentary relief. I could hardly bare to be with myself, to look at my life with compassion, and to face the hard truths that were needed to rise above my negative patterns.

But after growing tired of the same repeated pain, I decided to make changes. I searched for a deeper meaning and purpose. I found my connection to a spiritually centered life and to the Love within.

Most importantly, I opened my ears and accepted the wisdom given through others and learned to turn inward for answers. I learned what it truly means to embody Gratittude for life.

Through this journey of Surrender to the heart and life’s flow, I found my inner Peace.

Now I live out my days in El Salvador with my Loving fiance and our beautiful daughter. I find my bliss in surfing, nature, and spending time with our Salvadoran family.

Nothing is ever perfect, and I still make plenty of mistakes, but life is good. The pendulum swings, pain still arrises, but now I know how to come back to my Peaceful center.

Peace is my center…

Gratitude is where I rest…
